Professional ±97,983 SF Office Building Sold For $1.3M More Than Asking Price

Kenneth L. Kurtz, CCIM, William J. Kahn, and Matthew Rothstein of NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co., along with Jordan S. Summerville of C-III Realty Services LLC, represented the Seller, DMARC 2006-CD2 Broward Facilities LLC in the recent sale of Trafalgar Plaza.

The two office buildings that make up Trafalgar Plaza consist of a total of ±97,983 SF on 6.19 acres located at 5300-5310 NW 33rd Avenue in Fort Lauderdale.

NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co. had several interested buyers for the property who bid the asking price up from $5,980,000 to $7,300,000.

The Buyer, RMS Properties III LLC, was represented by Keith Kidwell of Sperry Van Ness.
