NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co. announced that it has been selected to represent the leasing of Lake Drive Crossing, located at the northwest and southwest corners of South Military Trail and Holly Lake Drive in Lake Worth.

The “to be built” retail shopping center is being leased on behalf of Lake Drive Investments, LLC.

“This is a unique assignment for our firm with plenty of opportunity for retailers looking to locate in the greater Lake Worth area. The modern design of the center will certainly attract tenants to this location”, said Kenneth Kurtz, CCIM, President of NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co.  “With our successful track record in this area, we are confident that we will find the right tenants for this property.”

Lake Drive Crossing offers build to suit and drive-thru opportunities on both of the center’s parcels, which are split by Holly Lake Drive.  The property’s developers can build up to 32,000+ square feet of space with plenty of parking for customers.  Busy, six lane South Military Trail has over 36,000 vehicles passing the site daily and there is a new, 39,000 square foot Palm Beach County Tax Collectors Service Center opening in mid-December 2015 just up the street at 4215 South Military Trail.  This is an ideal retail location for banks, automotive uses, day care, urgent medical care, professional offices, restaurants, in-line retail and the like.
